It’s Day 3 of South Africa’s Coronavirus Lockdown. Today I look at:
1. HEALTHY EATING AND HYDRATION: Looking at this crisis, there are aspects we control and one of them is healthy eating and staying hydrate, both of which will help our ability to fend off COVID-19 or recover from it.
2. CANCELLED SPORTING EVENTS: South African has an amazing sporting culture with countless sporting events in which to participate every weekend. For me as a runner, cyclist and multi-sport athlete, there are so many amazing events. Sadly, they’re present being cancelled as this crisis continues. Let’s do our part in resolving this crisis so we can all get back to our beloved events and keep them going.
