Combined with First Aid Training, having the right first aid equipment and supplies can help treat minor to major injuries, or even save a life. Always ensure your first aid kid is equipped with the types of supplies you need for your potential injuries and for the number of injuries and individuals you may have to care for before being able to re-supply your kit.

Remember that your kit may be what helps assist other as well as be used to help treat you.  Replace items that expire and replace items that get used.

Have the rightly equipped kits in the right places.  A kit is of no use if it’s not with you when you need it, be that at home, on the road, in the outdoors, doing sports, travelling, or at work.
