High-end Bikes: To rebuild or not to rebuild a full-suspension 2013 Kona Hei Hei Deluxe 29er MTB?

You’ve got a great mountain or road bike, but it’s also worn. New high-end bikes keep getting more expensive. Do you rebuild it or not? Is it worth it? Let’s take my 6-year old Kona Hei Hei Deluxe full-suspension 29er MTB. I chose to have it rebuilt and feel it was worth it. For me, it was a good choice and has improved the performance, reliability, and safety of my bike and my cycling.

I’ll run you through the choices I had and give you an idea of the cost of the rebuild.
